Turon Lumpia

Ingredients

(saba) banana or plantian
1 c
jackfruit (canned or fresh)
1.5 c
brown sugar
12 pcs
large spring roll wrapper
2 c
cooking oil

Directions

  1. Roll banana on the brown sugar (plated), ensure that the banana is coated with lots of sugar.
  2. Place the sugar coated banana in the spring roll wrapper, add some ripe jackfruit.
  3. Fold and lock the spring roll wrapper, use water to seal the edge.
  4. In a pan, heat the oil and add some brown sugar. Wait until the brown sugar floats.
  5. Put in the wrapped banana & fry until the wrapper turns golden brown and the extra sugar sticks to the wrapper.

Serve hot during dessert or merineda.
