On August 29, 2023 at approximately 2:50pm, Steinbach RCMP effectively arrested a Most Wanted Person from a few months ago. The warrant was executed without incident at a residence located just west Steinbach.
RCMP report that 37-year-old Blair Patrick Richard, who had five outstanding warrants, was arrested. Richard is facing charges of failing to comply with probation orders, two sexual assaults, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, failing to comply with a release order, and failing to comply with sexual registration order.
Police say that Blair Patrick Richard was remanded into custody.
