The Hanover School Division Board of Trustees has announced the appointment of Vince Hiebert as principal of Woodlawn School, effective September 2024.
Vince has been the principal of Elmdale School since 2018. He served as vice-principal and learning support teacher at Blumenort School from 2015-2018 and as a curriculum support teacher for the Division from 2013-2015. Vince brings classroom teaching experience to his new role, having taught at Clearspring Middle School from 2012-2015 and at Woodlawn School from 2007-2012. Prior to joining the Hanover School Division in 2007, he held a teaching position in the Sunrise School Division.
Vince earned his Bachelor of Education from the University of Manitoba in 2006 and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in School Leadership and Administration in 2011.
The Board of Trustees wishes Vince all the best in his new position for the 2024-2025 school year.
