On February 5, 2016, at approximately 11am, Manitoba RCMP received a report of a possible impaired driver who had just left a gas station in Gladstone after allegedly stealing fuel.

On March 2, 2015, at approximately 10pm, Steinbach RCMP received a call from a concerned motorist indicating that a man was sleeping in his vehicle, hunched over in a parking lot on Highway 12.

Changes introduced to the Highway Traffic Act would improve the safety of Manitobans on provincial streets and highways by taking drug-impaired drivers off the roads.

On December 23, 2009 at about 3:30am, Portage la Prairie RCMP on patrol located an intoxicated male operating a 2006 Arctic Cat snowmobile in the west end of the City of Portage La Prairie.

On December 21, 2008 around 7:00 p.m., Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to a vehicle on fire on 4th St SE at Saskatchewan Ave.
