Obituary

Margaretha Friesen, aged 53 years, of Grunthal, MB., passed away peacefully, following a lengthy illness on Friday, October 16, 2020 at her residence.

She is survived by her four daughters, one son, three sons-in-law, four brothers-in-law, four sisters, five brothers, five sisters-in-law, and seven grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her three sisters and both parents.

Margaretha enjoyed riding her motorcycle, dancing and most of all her family.

A come & go viewing will be held Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.

The private family funeral service, by invitation only will be held Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB., with interment at New Bothwell Sommerfeld Mennonite Church Cemetery, New Bothwell, MB.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Margaretha may be made to Birchwood Funeral Chapel to help the family cover the funeral expenses.
