Obituary

Harry Falk, age 83, of Steinbach, MB., went home to be with his Lord and Saviour on Thursday, May 8, 2025, with his family by his side.

Harry was born in Plum Coulee, MB., on December 24, 1941.

He is survived by his loving wife Esther of 60 years, his children Wendy (Dick), Kim (Gord), Kevin (Clain), his grandchildren Kelsey (Ben), Kyle (Sara), Colton (Sariah), Tanner, Sheyenne and his great-grandchildren Alexa, Emily, Gideon and Judah.

Dad started his career at Misericordia Hospital in Winnipeg as an orderly. He was a hard worker and worked at Bergmann Meats in Blumenort and also did trucking, farming and homecare.

Harry enjoyed the outdoors, working outside, gardening and BBQing.

His faith was very important to him, and this was clearly evident even as he faced difficult times.

He will be deeply missed.

A big thank you to our Mom who lovingly visited Dad every day, helped take care of him and brought him whistle dogs and treats.

Also a big thank you to Rest Haven Care Home for their great care of our Dad.

The livestreamed funeral service will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB., with viewing one hour prior to the service.

The interment will take place at a later date.
