Obituary

It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Emile Parisien, age 97, of Sandilands, Manitoba, on Friday, September 19, 2025.

He is survived by his children Yvette, Mary Anne, Florence (Luc), Evelyn, Raymond, Danny (Flo), Leonard (Victoria), Brian, June (Eric), 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.

Dad was predeceased by his wife Jeanne, son Clarence and son-in-law Alvin.

Dad worked in the bush, he also worked for C.N. as a mechanic until his retirement.

He enjoyed tinkering with machinery, loved playing his violin, accordion & guitar, he learned to play by ear.

Dad’s wishes were no service. Cremation has taken place.

Special thanks to homecare workers who took such good care of dad and whom he enjoyed their company.
