Obituary

Jacob (Jake) Abram Janzen, passed away peacefully at Red River Valley Lodge, Morris, MB, in his 97th year, on Tuesday, March 12, 2019.

Jacob is lovingly remembered by his children, Julie Neufeld (Ed), Don (Sandi), Ted, Sharon Sapelak (Dave), James (Nancy); 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and brother Peter of Chicago.

Predeceased on January 13, 2019 by Anna (nee Toews), his beloved wife of 72 years and eight siblings.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Steinbach Mennonite Brethren Church, Steinbach, MB with viewing prior to the service.

Private family interment will take place following the reception at Heritage Cemetery, Steinbach, MB.
