On September 5, 2014, just after 2:30pm, Shoal Lake RCMP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 16, at the east entrance to Newdale, Manitoba.

On May 27, 2014, at about 6pm, Yellowhead RCMP, as well as local emergency services from Birtle and Shaol Lake, were dispatched to the scene of a semi-trailer fire on Highway 16, approximately 15 kms west of Shoal Lake, Manitoba.

The Russell and Shoal Lake RCMP Detachments would like to warn area citizens of several reports of thefts targeting elderly citizens.

On December 19, 2012, at 11am, Shoal Lake RCMP, EMS and fire were called to a two vehicle collision on Highway 16, 3 km west of Shoal Lake.

A Keeseekoowenin First Nation man is facing drug trafficking charges after being arrested by police earlier this week.

On September 14, 2012, just before 9pm, Shoal Lake RCMP as well as local emergency services were dispatched to the scene of a collision involving a pickup truck and motorcycle.
