Obituary

Janet Elaine Krahn, age 59, of Niverville, MB, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg.

She is survived by her parents George and Anna Krahn, sons Lindsay (Barbara) and Avery and her grandson Maksymilian.

She was predeceased by her daughter Chantal.

Janet had various jobs throughout her life. She worked at the Venice House, Wildwood Club, Steinbach Museum Restaurant and taught High School Drivers Education.

Janet was a caring person who loved her family dearly. Her hobbies included baking, cooking, drawing and reading.

The family wishes to thank the staff at the MICU at Health Sciences Centre for the care and compassion during Janet’s last days. As well, the family is grateful to the staff at the Niverville Credit Union Manor for the years of companionship and assistance they provided Janet.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the Niverville Community Fellowship Church, Niverville, MB. Viewing one hour prior to the service. Lunch will be served at the church following the service. Ash interment will take place at a later date.
