Obituary

Henry E. Bergen, age 77, of Steinbach, Manitoba passed away peacefully with family by his side on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Menno Home for the Aged, Grunthal, Manitoba.

Henry was born on June 27, 1940 to Cornelius and Helena (nee Enns) Bergen.

He is survived by his wife, Betty, of 52 years, two daughters and two sons; Sheila (Darren Lee), Kirby, Michelle, Michael (Tanis); six grandchildren & their spouses, six great-grandchildren; four brothers and their spouses.

He was predeceased by: his parents, two brothers, one sister (in infancy), one grandson and two sisters in law.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, Manitoba. Viewing prior to the service. Burial following the service at Heritage Cemetery, Steinbach, Manitoba.

In lieu if flowers donations on behalf of Henry can be made to the Menno Home Foundation- Box 280; Grunthal, MB R0A 0R0.
