Obituary

Daniel Giesbrecht, 93, of Steinbach, formerly of Landmark, passed away peacefully Friday, April 27, 2018 at the Resthaven Personal Care Home, Steinbach, MB.

He is survived by two children: son James (Tannis) of Landmark, son Rod (Christa) of Winnipeg, daughter-in-law Sylvia of Landmark; as well as eight grandchildren: Josh (Nicole), Dan (Jacqui), Kristy (Donavon), David (Anna), Mark, Adam (Vanessa), Chloe, Jade, granddaughter-in-law Samantha; and 11 great-grandchildren: Nathanael, Peter, Benjamin, Lucas, Tucker, Masyn, Leah, Nehemiah, Alexander, Jude and Jacob.

He was predeceased by his wife Evelyn, son Brian, granddaughter Erin and grandson Paul.

Funeral service for Daniel Giesbrecht will be held Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Prairie Rose Evangelical Mennonite Church, Landmark, MB, with a viewing at the church prior to the service. The interment will follow at the church cemetery.
