Obituary

Mata Harder, age 86, of Bridge Park Manor, Steinbach, MB., passed away peacefully on Monday, June 16, 2025, at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach, MB.

She is lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Doreen and Charleen, and their families, as well as her three sisters, Martha, Beverly and Marilyn and their families.

She was predeceased by her husband Henry, her granddaughter Jodi, her parents, her sisters Bernice and Elaine, and two brothers-in-law.

The family would like to thank Dr. Trinh, the Palliative Care team, EMS and the Bethesda Main Floor staff for the wonderful, compassionate care our mom received.

The Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.
