Obituary

Joan O’Brien passed away peacefully at the home of her daughter, Kathy Sie, in St. Malo, MB.

She is survived by her children; Joanne Hildebrandt, Kenneth O’Brien, Ellen Yatsko, Kathleen Sie, and Shawn O’Brien. Along with 22 loving grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, both biological and others whom Joan welcomed into her heart as her own.

She was predeceased by her spouse John Patrick O’Brien, parents Rev. William George Onions and Kathleen Daisy Onions, brother David Onions, and son William (Bill) O’Brien.

A gathering will be held on Sunday, August 3rd , 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at 30146 PR 201 in Stuartburn, MB.
