Al Hiebert, age 86 years, of Steinbach, MB., passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Rest Haven Care Home, Steinbach, MB.

He is survived by one daughter, one son and their families; along with two sisters, one brother and their families.

Al was predeceased by his loving wife Lorna Hiebert (nee Dueck).

The viewing will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB., with devotional to follow.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church, Steinbach, MB., with viewing one hour prior to the service.

The ash interment will take place at Heritage Cemetery, Steinbach, MB., at a later date.
