Living life to the fullest, and from Winnipeg Manitoba, Alex Loewen, 65, died accidently, Friday, March 13, 2026, while on a trip in Mexico. He was born September 22, 1960.

Alex Loewen is survived by his wife Bev Loewen, his son, Brock Loewen (and Robin Jacuzzi) and grandchildren Aster, Iris and Heathcliff and his daughter, Thalin (and Kenton) Dyck.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM, at Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church, 360 McKenzie Avenue, Steinbach, Manitoba, with a reception to follow.

“Alex, how long is it going to take?” Alex: “As long as a piece of string.”
