Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Pete Koster at the age of 37.

He is survived by his loving wife Michelle, his children Paul & Charlie, his stepchildren Mikka and Dexter. He also leaves behind his parents John and Elly, brothers Dirk (Amy), Luke (Courtney), his mother-in-law Helena, and sister-in-law Amanda (Chad).

He so loved his nieces and nephews Madison, Jaylynne, Riley, Skyler, Hadley, Laine and Raedyn, being predeceased by his nephew Owen.

Pete passed away at the job he loved and we are forever grateful for his bosses and coworkers who worked with him in the past 17 years. Also, Pete had many friends who will mourn him along with us.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.
