Karissa Faith Lepine, age 19, of Steinbach, MB., passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg, MB.

She is survived by her mother Melissa (step-father James Haegeman), father Felix, her sisters Cassidy, and Jessica, brothers Patrick, Tyson and Ashton; and her grandmother.

Karissa was predeceased by her other grandparents.

Cremation will take place.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
